Installation of thermometers with a threaded stem:

It is connected by screwing into a suitable counterpart. We recommend that the fittings be preserved during installation with Loctite 8105 Food Vaseline. Tightening the thermometers must always be done with the appropriate wrench, never with the manometer housing.
