An example of the technical specifications
for a 20HL homogenization tank with a agitator for the beverage preparation before bottling:
- net tank volume 2000L, total volume 2250L
- Clamped liquid gauge DN 25 for better sanitation
- Clamped sampling valve DN25
- Total output - butterfly valve DN40 - clamp or can be customized based on your requirements
- Bottom and top part of the tank - dished bottom
- Isolated vessel, with cooling jacket, thickness of the isolation – 40 or 60mm
- Connection of the cooling system 1/2"G male
- Bunging aparatur consists (overpressure and vacuum valve + pressure gauge 0–4bar), over pressure valve can be individually set on preset pressure in the range between 0,6bar – 2,2bar
- Temperature regulator + temperature sensor and stainless steel soleni valve is also as part of the homogenization tank – normally mounted on the body of the tank
- Manhole can be from the top or from the side
- Rotary spraying ball
- Adjustable legs - 4pcs
- Stainless steel agitator for mixing of the beverage, operated with frequency inverter
