Stainless steel pressure gauges - the bottom (radial) connection

Properties of the manometer:

This all-stainless steel product guarantees consistently high accuracy, reliability, and protection against chemical corrosion. Housing material 1.4301 (AISI 304), thread material 1.4401 (AISI 316).

The sensing device is a Bourdon stainless steel tube. The connector is TIG welded. The manometers are supplied with a glycerine filling as standard (protection against operational shocks).
  • Range: 0–100 bar according to individual products
  • Bottom (radial) connection, thread G1 / 4 “and G1 / 2" BSP
  • Dimensions of dials DN 63 mm and DN 100 mm
  • Dial cover material: glass
  • Working temperature: –20 °C to +150 °C (200 °C) see individual manometers
  • They meet the requirements of EN 837-1, accuracy class CL 1.6.
  • The pressure gauges are designed with an emphasis on long life and extreme operating conditions.
  • The manometers are also designed for operation where vibrations or pulsating pressures occur.

Installation of a pressure gauge (manometer) with glycerine filling:

It is connected by screwing into a suitable counterpart. We recommend preserving the fittings with Loctite 8105 food-grade grease during installation. The pressure gauges must be vented using a vent plug (see label on the meter). The manometers must always be tightened with the appropriate wrench, never with the manometer housing.

Areas of application of pressure gauges:

Engineering, cooling, air conditioning, brewing - larger tanks, food and beverage industry, viticulture, refrigeration, water management applications, chemical industry, etc.
