Bunging apparatus for the beer tank

• Bunging apparatus for beer tank are used for setting and possible regulation of overpressure during fermentation or final fermentation of beers in lager or CK tanks.
• The setting of the covering device is in the range of 0.2–2.2 bar.
• The design of bunging apparatus for beer tank allows easy sanitation and disassembly.
• It is equipped with a stainless steel pressure gauge with a glycerine filling.
• It is made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301. The surface of the barrier device is polished, which allows easy sanitation.
• It is supplied with a ball valve and a vacuum valve.

Sanitation:

The shut-off valve is very easily disconnected from the CK tank by means of the CLAMP sleeve Heavy duty clamp I. The shut-off valve can be completely dismantled and the operator inserts the entire dismantled frame into the sanitary solution.
