Pressure measurement - Pressure gauges and pressure transmitters

In our offer, you will find a wide range of pressure gauges, which by their design guarantee permanently high accuracy, reliability and protection against chemical corrosion. The pressure gauges are made of stainless steel, housing material 1.4301 (AISI 304), thread material 1.4401 (AISI 316). The sensing device is a Bourdon stainless steel tube. The connector is welded by TIG method. Pressure gauges are supplied with glycerine filling as standard (protection against operational impacts). We also offer pressure gauges with make contacts. Properties of pressure gauges:

  • Low-pressure, medium-pressure, high-pressure
  • Bottom or rear connection
  • Dial dimensions 63 mm, 100 mm (low pressure 2.5 ", pressure gauge with 4" electrical contacts)
  • They meet the requirements of EN 837-1, accuracy class CL 1.6
  • Connection: G¼ "BSP thread, G1 / 2" BSP thread (with make contacts), with separating diaphragm for the food industry (CLAMP DIN32676)
  • They are designed with an emphasis on long life and extreme operating conditions.
  • They are also intended for operation where vibrations or pulsating pressures occur.

Montage:

The pressure gauge is connected by screwing into a suitable counterpart. We recommend preserving the fittings with Loctite 8105 grease. Refillable pressure gauges must be vented using a venting plug. The pressure gauges must always be tightened with the appropriate spanner, never with the pressure gauge housing.

Installation of pressure gauge with separating diaphragm is done by fixation of clamp sleeve and silicone seal on given CLAMP counterpart.

Areas of application:

Mechanical engineering, cooling, ventilation, brewing, food and beverage industry, viticulture, water management applications, chemical industry, etc.

Material certificate EN 10204 3.1 on request.
